Warner Gabel founded Gabel Investments, Inc. in 1984 and operated the investment brokerage firm as his primary business until 1992. Subsequently, Gabel began creating partnerships to invest in commercial land, land banking for home builders, and various ground up developments. Gabel and partners have completed 16 partnerships, all of which have been profitable. In its 16th partnership, through Prime Land Management, LLC, Gabel and partners sold 40 raw acres at the NWC of Loop 202 and Higley Road to American Leadership Academy in December of 2016, the land is at a full diamond freeway intersection in the South East Valley.

Gilbert’s housing growth remains the fastest of any city in Arizona with over 1,000 permits pulled each year. The 40 acre property was sold to American Leadership Academy, a K-12 Charter School in 2016.
