Warner Gabel founded Gabel Investments, Inc. in 1984 and operated the investment brokerage firm as his primary business until 1992. Subsequently, Gabel began creating partnerships to invest in commercial land, land banking for home builders, and various ground up developments. Gabel and partners have completed 16 partnerships, all of which have been profitable. In its 16th partnership, through Prime Land Management, LLC, Gabel and partners sold 40 raw acres at the NWC of Loop 202 and Higley Road to American Leadership Academy in December of 2016, the land is at a full diamond freeway intersection in the South East Valley.
Gabel and Investors acquired this land parcel on April 26, 2013. The site is a 40 acre full diamond intersection corner and is located at Higley Road & Loop 202. Higley is designated a “major arterial”, 6 lanes and a median. The Town of Gilbert completed 4 lanes, street lights, and a median in 2016. Gilbert’s housing growth remains the fastest of any city in Arizona with over 1,000 permits pulled each year. The 40 acre property was sold to American Leadership Academy, a K-12 Charter School in 2016.
